When I try to send to this user from my working account, it says something went wrong, cannot establish establish an encrypted channel, either the recipient's server or client do not support OMEMO.
Can I somehow increase the debug level? Or can the TLS key be exported so I can analyze a tcpdump?
Or can OMEMO be run over unecrypted TCP?
