[08:11:48] <Maranda> chema, <version metronome.im> it should be packaged into Yunohost stretch now already I think.
[08:11:48] <Echo1> Maranda: metronome.im is running Metronome version 3.9 on Daystrom Quadra Mk IX
[08:43:06] <chema> Maranda: I've been very busy at work. In my to do list there is a note about updating yunohost for weeks... as soon as I can I will. Thanks
[09:00:05] <Maranda> Ok 🤗
[15:16:01] <roelofpieter> Oh, hi there. I have just installed metronome 3.9. I want to see if I can replace porsody for better Movim support. Well, that seems to work, but message archiving seems to be lost? A conversation held between A on a laptop woth B on a phone isn't sent to B's laptop if this is later started (Dino on Fedora). This does work on Prosody. I saw an issue on github closed saying: "Update MAM specification to v0.6.1 (urn:xmpp:mam:2)". This makes me think it "should" work? Is there additional configuration necessary, except loading the "mam" module? Oh, is this the right place :-) ?
[15:16:35] <roelofpieter> Euh, what happened to my post?
[15:16:43] <roelofpieter> Why is it a link?
[15:46:43] <roelofpieter> 2nd try: Hi there. [16:40:18] <Maranda> roelofpieter contrary to Prosody in Metronome MAM is disabled by default until it is enabled
[16:40:39] <Maranda> Your client need to specify prefs to enable it
[16:41:13] <Maranda> Until then it is set to "none" aka disabled
[16:42:56] <Maranda> In movim go to Configuration > Configuration > Server-side archiving preferences and change it from never to either Contacts or Always
[17:56:21] <Maranda> roelofpieter, and your messages got turned into a link because they were too long
[20:04:46] <roelofpieter> Thanks for the reply and the explanations. I just tried a re-install Movim but have an not new enough version of MySQL running. Is there a way to do it without using Movim? With some client for example?
[20:07:48] <Maranda> roelofpieter, use Gajim.

[20:28:03] <Maranda> nite

[22:09:29] <Maranda> Neustradamus, fixed CVE/BOSH thanks
[22:09:42] <Maranda> restarting server guys :(
[22:19:47] <Neustradamus> Maranda: 3.9.1 ? 3.9.0.1 ?
[22:20:35] <Maranda> Neustradamus, no I retagged
[22:20:49] <Maranda> I didn't put an announce anyways yet on the list
[22:21:29] <Neustradamus> You can add in the 3.9 news...
[22:22:12] <Maranda> Neustradamus, I don't see it very necessary, there's in the changelog though
[22:23:06] <Maranda> You should have pointed that out at least 2 days ago though :/
[22:25:19] <Neustradamus> I am sorry...
[22:25:34] <Neustradamus> I am sorry
[22:25:49] <Maranda> no worries.
